The NG9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Point is the hub between citizens and field responders. Citizens needing help call in and the PSAP can get live video from their smart devices. This video is then shared with the field responders in route to the location. Advanced location and field responder video is updated and streamed in real-time back to the PSAP. This level of situational awareness is provided by Equature to foster faster response times for citizens and safer interactions for field responders.
